The Smile are back with their first song since January’s Wall of Eyes. “Don’t Get Me Started,” one of two songs released on a limited 12″ single last month via XL, is out now, with a Weirdcore-directed video. Check it out below. A second song featured on the 12″, “The Slip,” is not yet out digitally.

Wall of Eyes producer Sam Petts-Davies again produced the new song, recording it between Oxford and Abbey Road Studios. The trio of Radiohead’s Thom Yorke and Jonny Greenwood with jazz drummer Tom Skinner has spent much of the year been touring behind the album but canceled several shows after Greenwood was hospitalized in intensive care with a severe infection. “Mercifully he is now out of danger and will soon return home,” the band wrote.
