A hack using tweezers to contour your nose has gone viral and it makes the job *so* much easier

We’ve all been there – you think you’ve contoured well, but then suddenly you see yourself at a different angle in a bathroom mirror and – horror – it looks like you’ve drawn a bruise on your face.

Contouring is hard to get right, especially when you’re pressed for time.

So you probably don’t bother doing a nose contour on the reg, right?

We swish on bronzer and leave it at that most days. But what if we told you there was a new hack doing the rounds on, you guessed it, TikTok, that made it all so much easier?

All you need is a pair of tweezers, a cream contour product and a small blending brush.

People have been demoing it online and it honestly looks to be very minimal effort-wise.

First, run your contouring product alongside the edge of your tweezers, lightly coating them in product.

Creator @gillianxgrace used the Milk Makeup Bronzing Stick to do this. It’s got a sheer creamy texture, making it easy to glide across the tweezer.

Then she gently drags the contour-coated tweezers down the bridge of her nose, leaving two faint trails.

Taking a small fluffy brush, she then blends the lines in to diffuse the colour. Suddenly it’s less harsh and she’s got a perfectly contoured effect. Could it get any simpler? Now there’s another reason to not forget your tweezers when packing your makeup bag.

At the end of the video she says: “That is not a bad hack – I’m definitely going to do this again.”

And it seems plenty of people agree, given that the video is well on its way to getting 400k likes.

Count us in too. For the first time in forever we want to try our hand at contouring again… at least on the nose.
