Prince William and Kate Middleton are up there with the most famous parents in the world. But that doesn’t mean they haven’t got time to celebrate Father’s Day with the rest of us.
On Sunday 19th June, they shared a previously-unseen photo of Prince William with his three children, eight-year-old Prince George, seven-year-old Princess Charlotte, and four-year-old Prince Louis.
In the photo, which we think was taken during the family’s secret trip to Jordan in 2021, Prince William sits with his arms around Princess Charlotte and Prince George, while Prince Louis sits on his shoulders. As the shot was definitely taken mid-laugh, we’re wondering whether Kate was pulling faces behind the camera? Either way, this is very cute.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge shared the photo via their official Instagram, captioning it, “Wishing a Happy Father’s Day to fathers and grandfathers across the world today!”
The comments were soon flooded with royal fans praising the family portrait. One person wrote, “The pure joy on these faces! 😍 Happy Father’s Day!,” while another added, “Those smiles 😍🥺❤️. Happy Father’s Day 🎁💙💙.”
The photo appeared to be taken on the same day that the Cambridges (including Kate) posed for their Christmas card portrait, which they shared on Instagram back in December 2021, writing, “Delighted to share a new image of the family, which features on this year’s Christmas card 🎄.”
