Andy Cohen Says Carson Daly “Refuses” To Be A Guest On Bravo’s ‘Watch What Happens Live’: “He’s Scared”

Andy Cohen is calling out Today and The Voice host Carson Daly over his alleged refusal to appear as a guest on Watch What Happens Live.

Today co-hosts Savannah Guthrie and Hoda Kotb appeared as guests on Tuesday night. Cohen then revealed that Daly had rejected multiple invitations to the Bravo talk show and instead had a cardboard cutout standing behind the bar.

“Over the last 15 years, we have welcomed many members of the Today Show family. But there’s one person who actually refuses to be on the show. Well, he’s here at the bar for the first time — sort of. Give it up for cardboard Carson Daly,” Cohen said on WWHL. “There he is! I knew we would get him on the show.”

Amid Cohen’s revelation, Kotb noted that Daly “has a hard no” to making his debut at the clubhouse.

“We’ve asked so many times. I’ve talked to him about it. He’s just like, he’s scared,” Cohen added. “He thinks I’m gonna dredge up all the mess. But I don’t think there’s any mess to dredge.”

Cohen recently celebrated the 15th anniversary of hosting Watch What Happens Live.

“15 is my new lucky number!” Cohen last month. “Thank you to Bravo for always having faith in our little late-night show that could – allowing me to ‘go there,’ play ridiculous games, host incredible guests and generate endless watercooler talk. This is my dream job, and I hope I never wake up.”

Cohen celebrated his tenure on late-night with a primetime special on Bravo, during which he welcomed Real Housewives stars Teresa Giudice, Porsha Williams, Sonja Morgan, Phaedra Parks, and Luann de Lesseps.
