2024 Paris Summer Olympics TV Schedule: Full Event, Date & Channel Listings

Paris will host the 2024 Summer Olympics from Wednesday, July 24 to Sunday, August 11.

The two weeks of programming involves 39 sports and 329 events. An estimated 10,500 athletes are expected to attend the games. The opening ceremony will take place Friday, July 26, and the ceremonial commencement will involve a four-mile-long procession of around 160 boats down the Seine River, ending at Trocadero where an Eiffel Tower lights show will conclude the activities.

Some sporting events will take place before the opening ceremony, such as the group stages of men and women’s soccer, men’s rugby and women’s handball. Coverage of the athletic events will take place variously on NBC for live broadcast and via Peacock, NBCOlympics.com, NBC.com and the NBC/NBC Sports apps for streaming. Telemundo will air Spanish-language coverage of the Opening Ceremony starting at 1 p.m. ET on the 26th. Peacock will have programming like Olympic Highlights with Kevin Hart, Gold Zone and Watch with Alex Cooper, the creator, host and executive producer of Call Her Daddy, who will profile events for women’s soccer, gymnastics and basketball.

NBCUniversal will deliver 4K HDR coverage of the Paris Olympics on the USA Network. The coverage, using 4K HDR and Dolby Atmos audio technology, will be available 24/7 from the morning of July 24 through the evening of August 11, the full run of the 2024 games.

Daily Highlights: Wednesday July 24 will feature several men’s soccer games, including the United States’ Men’s National Team taking on France in their opener of the games. The match can be watched via Telemundo, USA Network and Peacock at 12 p.m. PT and 3 p.m. ET. There will be a replay at 5 p.m. on USA.
