Next Level Female Empowerment, Her Highness

Feeling Good about our Lifestyle & Body isn’t Just a Privilege, it’s our Right!

Nobody truly understands the female body inside and out, or how women want to feel, better
than women themselves—step aside men, the leaders of Cannabis Couture products and
potions are here to reign. Her Highness is proudly inspired, engineered and tested—by women,
for women.

“We saw a white space in the market early on. The evolution of cannabis into consumer-
packaged goods did not include a brand that was drawing women in.” says Her Highness Co-
Founder Laura Eisman.  “In Her Highness, we created a coveted lifestyle, centered around feel-
good products in-sync with the way women live. From our bold glamorous packaging to
messaging that’s smart and witty, we have women hooked and comfortably exploring cannabis
in its many forms.”

Her Highness is a female-founded and female-first lifestyle Cannabis Brand based in New
York, designed for the modern cannabis consumer. With an elevated brand aesthetic, a
sophisticated collection of cannabis and CBD products, and stylish consumption
accessories, Her Highness is created for the feminine lifestyle.

success, and charitable drive behind Her Highness Co-Founder Laura Eisman.

Tell us your name and a little about yourself.

LE: Hi, my name is Laura Eisman. I am a several-time entrepreneur, previously known for
founding Girlshop.com, fashion’s pioneer shopping website, in 1998. I had the idea for Girlshop
while working at fashion magazines where there were bursting fashion closets, yet only a few
select pieces made it into the magazines. The internet was new, basic, male-dominated…and
ripe for disruption. I saw potential for a website where designers presented full collections, and
women had a reason to go online – to access sought-after fashion and a NY-centric shopping
experience. After coding my own prototype, cold-calling fashion designers and winning the
attention of the media, Girlshop grew to be the premier purveyor of cutting-edge fashion and
authority for trend-making style, with a flagship store in NYC’s Meatpacking District.

Fast forward to 2016. My passion for emerging industries and recognizing a certain under-
served market (women) led me to the cannabis industry, I approached my ideal partner – fellow
weed-lover and kick ass entrepreneur Allison Krongard – and together we created Her
Highness, and set out to change the stigma around cannabis.

What exactly does your company do?

LE: Her Highness is a luxury CBD and THC cannabis lifestyle brand unapologetically focused
on women, made by women. We reimagine cannabis with female-friendly formulas and high-
end design to create products in sync with the way women live. As the first premier, female
cannabis lifestyle brand in the country, Her Highness is an on-ramp for canna-curious women
as well as a trusted source for experienced users who know quality but also care about design,
form and function.

Our thoughtfully developed products range from bespoke pre-rolls (think Virginia Slims)
elongated so you don’t singe your eyelashes upon lighting, discreet low-dose mints that
magically take the edge off (healthier than a glass of wine) and Pleasure Oil for longer, stronger
orgasms (a game changer!). Her Highness exquisite gold electroplated vape pens are custom
made to deliver a clean smoking experience, filled with trusted formulas aptly named Giggle,
The Queen’s Elixir, Sleeping Beauty, and High Priestess. And our accessories are fashionable
enough to display on the coffee table (meet the chicest herb grinder to grace a rolling tray.)
Her Highness hemp-based CBD line of pleasure, beauty and self-care items are for national
sale on herhighnesscbd.com and through select retailers. Her Highness THC products are
available in 100 dispensaries throughout California’s recreational market and recently launched
in Nevada. We are currently in discussions to expand into additional legal states.

What were the biggest challenges you have faced, and how did you
overcome them?

LE: Oh so so many! Where to begin… Cannabis is the most challenging industry I’ve ever
experienced. There are layers of compliance considerations regarding formulation,
manufacturing and packaging. To ride these challenges constantly, it was imperative we align
with the right partners. We’ve kissed a lot of frogs to find the right princes (and princesses) to
trust with our business operations.

What piece of advice do you wish someone had given you at the start of
your career?

LE: Once you press start on your first business idea, you’ll never stop being an entrepreneur.

Who are your biggest influences and people you admire and why?

LE: I’m inspired and eyes-wide-open to the world around me. On my radar always is pop
culture, business, lifestyle and injustice. The people who influence me are the re-inventors, the
disrupters, the visionaries, the activists. The ones who don’t settle for status quo. They question,
challenge, and change things. I admire the 3 women who are a driving force in our partnership
with Last Prisoner Project – Evelyn Lachapelle, Natalia Wade and Stephanie Shepard, unjustly
imprisoned for minor cannabis offenses. Our alliance with LPP speaks to my and Allison's
passion and commitment to all women in cannabis. 50% of proceeds of Her Highness’ special
collection of products go directly to these 3 brave women and and into a fund to help other
women get their lives back!

None of us are able to achieve success without some help along the way. Is
there a particular person who you are grateful towards who helped get you
to where you are now?

LE: I feel charmed to say there have been many who have either knowingly or inadvertently
pushed me forward as I honed in on my career path, although it was my own fire and drive that
attracted them to me. I was lucky to have worked with notable people along the way – fashion
icons, legendary creatives, and fellow rising entrepreneurs – but yes there was, rather is, one
particular woman whose presence and example still weaves through my life and career. Nancy
Evans is an extraordinary visionary who rules the business world by being a woman. She knew
that power 20+ years ago when most women got ahead by acting like men. She has been a
friend and mentor for over 20 years… and I hope that now the inspiration goes both ways.

What do you see as your greatest success in life?

LE: Building something from nothing. That’s magic. It’s hard work, takes way longer than you
think, tests your resilience. Many mistakes and lessons happen along the way, and whether it’s
financially successful or not, it’s the creation that’s actually the success. My daughters have
seen and been involved in my journey in building Her Highness. My greatest success is their
realization that they can do anything they set out to do.
