Aside from the fact that they make great stocking fillers or Secret Santa gifts, slipper socks are actually pretty essential this year. Yep, they have taken up a permanent residence in our nightwear wardrobes as of late, and we bet you can guess as to why. Clue: it’s FREEZING, and it’s only going to get worse.
Regular slippers (the sturdier kind of at-home footwear) haven’t gone anywhere, it’s just that we’ll be doing anything other than cranking the heating up to keep warm. Instead, layering is key. Slipper socks are that in-between layer you never knew you needed.
