London’s newest 360-degree rooftop bar and restaurant Wagtail has announced the launch of its Weekend Brunch experience, in partnership with Della Vite Prosecco. The luxury venue is situated in the heart of London’s financial district and boasts three terraces, a restaurant, bar with 360-degree views and a private dining room. Guests have the option to dine in the 9th floor dining room or the East and West terraces, and enjoy live entertainment against the backdrop of London’s most iconic landmarks including London Bridge, Tower Bridge, The Shard and around London.
Available on Saturday and Sunday, the Weekend Brunch offers a set seasonal brunch menu made with the best British produce, and an option to include half a bottle or free-flowing Della Vite Superiore DOCG or Rosé Prosecco at an extra cost.
The culinary experience starts with a sharing cheese board, cured meats and sourdough bread with an option to add an Oyster course.
Starters include the Crab Cake Benedict or a 90-day Somerset Saxon Chicken Breast. Vegetarian options include Burrata and Parmigiano-Reggiano Fondue. For the main course, guests can choose between the Olive-Fed English Wagyu Rib-Eye, 90-Day Somerset Saxon Chicken Thigh Waffle, Crispy Mangalica Porchetta, or the Native Blue Lobster Roll with triple cooked chips. There are also vegan and plant-based options available on request.
Wagtail’s Weekend Brunch starts at £60 per person.
