Nobody panic, but Harry Styles just casually announced that he’s dropping his third solo album. As well as confirming the release date AND the album artwork. Deep breaths, guys.
It’s been a busy few years for Harry Styles; not only has he launched his own beauty line (which the GLAMOUR team are ~slightly~ obsessed with), he’s also carved a new career for himself as an actor, starring in Olivia Wilde’s Don’t Worry Darling alongside Florence Pugh; My Beautiful Policeman alongside Emma Corrin; and of course, making his Marvel debut in Eternals.
While we love that Harry is making moves across the film and beauty industries, we’re extra thrilled to hear that he’s got a new album on the way. Let’s face it, we need some more ‘Watermelon Sugar’ excellence in our lives.
Sharing the news via Twitter, Harry wrote, “Harry’s House. May 20th.” Alongside an image of him standing in an upside-down living room, wearing baggy wide-leg trousers, and a white, loose-fitting top with a Peter Pan collar.

We weren’t the only ones to lose our cool when we saw Harry’s tweet. One fan wrote, “I NEED OXYGEN,” while another tweeted, “FREAKING OUT,” and the official Spotify account added, “New Harry?!! THIS IS NOT A DRILL.”

The last time we heard Harry talk about his music was during a concert in October 2021, when he not-so-subtly confirmed the NSFW meaning of his hit ‘Watermelon Sugar’.
He said, “It doesn’t really matter what it’s about […] It’s about the sweetness of life.” He then leaned into his teasing reveal: “It’s also about the female orgasm – but that’s totally different, it’s not really relevant.”
Erm, we’d argue it’s very relevant. Anyway, the countdown to Friday 20 May starts now!
