Selena Gomez Has Proven That Bare Nails Are The Most Underrated Mani Trend Of 2024

Whether it’s date night nails in bright red or butter nails in a spring pastel yellow, Selena Gomez regularly provides us with the right nail trend for every occasion – and we’re only too happy to be inspired. And what can we say, she did it again. But this time she’s gone one better by proving that clear nail polish can be enough to make short nails stand out.

Selena Gomez is currently turning the beauty world on its head once again with her brand Rare Beauty and its latest launch – a new product that is supposed to provide the perfect spring glow. If there’s one thing Rare Beauty is known for, it’s its liquid blushes – but the brand’s newest product could take the bestseller’s place. ICYMI: we’re talking about the Soft Pinch Luminous Powder Blush, which has been a hot topic on social media since its launch.

Selena is currently on a press tour to promote the product, accompanied by some behind the scenes moments that she’s been sharing on her Instagram. In one post, she holds the product up to the camera giving us a great look at her manicure, which is the most natural it’s been for a long time.

The snap comes from earlier this month, Selena stepped out in New York city in an all-pink outfit and glowy makeup to attend her product launch. She paired her look with ultra-natural clear nail polish to match her soft glam.

She decided to keep her nails short for the occasion, ensuring they were beautifully groomed. To add an extra dose of shine (perhaps in homage to her new blusher-highlighter hybrid product), a slick coat of clear nail polish finished the look.

Thank you, Selena Gomez, for showing us how easy a manicure can be.
