Cole Pulice Announces New Album Land’s End Eternal, Shares New Song “After the Rain”: Listen

Cole Pulice, the Minneapolis-raised composer and electroacoustic saxophonist now based in Oakland, California, has announced their first new solo album in three years. The follow-up to 2022’s Scry is titled Land’s End Eternal and is due out May 9 via Leaving. Pulice has shared the lead single from the LP, “After the Rain,” a nine-minute piece featuring the voice of Maria BC. Listen to it below.

For Land’s End Eternal, Pulice incorporated electric guitar into their work for the first time. “I’ve always loved the electric guitar but never owned one, so it quickly became an important part of my daily music routine and explorations, and ultimately a compositional centerpiece for the work on Land’s End Eternal,” they said.

Land’s End Eternal follows two recent full-length collaborations between Pulice and ambient musician Lynn Avery: 2024’s Phantasy & Reality and 2022’s To Live & Die in Space & Time.
