Jamie xx has dropped the new song “Kill Dem.” The Notting Hill Carnival–inspired track comes shortly after the British producer DJ’d the festival for the fist time last month. Check it out below.

Jamie xx is set to headline shows in New York and Los Angeles, joining Four Tet, Floating Points, Avalon Emerson, and Omar S on September 23 at Forest Hills Stadium in Queens; and Caribou and Arushi Jain on September 30 at the Hollywood Bowl. Earlier this year, he shared “Let’s Do It Again,” his first solo track since 2020. He also contributed production to his xx bandmate Oliver Sim’s debut solo album, Hideous Bastard, and even remixed one of its tracks, “GMT.”
