Post Malone has canceled his concert at the TD Garden in Boston tonight, sharing a note on Instagram that says he has been hospitalized and will be unable to perform. “I’m having a very difficult time breathing, and there’s a stabbing pain whenever I breathe or move,” he wrote. Pitchfork has reached out to representatives for Post Malone for comment.

Post Malone has been on tour in the U.S. in support of his latest album, Twelve Carat Toothache. At a concert in St. Louis last week, the singer tripped and fell into an opening onstage, briefly halting the show. He returned to the stage after 15 minutes and continued performing; afterwards he said he was given “pain meds” at a hospital and had been cleared to resume the tour.
