Caroline Polachek stopped by the NPR office to play a “Tiny Desk Concert,” where she performed several songs from her new album, Desire, I Want to Turn Into You: “Pretty in Possible,” “Blood and Butter,” “Sunset,” and “I Believe.” Watch it below.

Desire, I Want to Turn Into You is Polachek’s second studio album under her given name, following 2019’s Pang. She released half of the album as singles over the course of several years, starting with “Bunny Is a Rider” in 2021 and proceeding with “Billions,” “Welcome to My Island,” and “Sunset” in 2022. This year, she rounded out her album singles schedule with “Blood and Butter” and “Smoke.”
