This revelation comes as Carrie Underwood continues to get heat for being the biggest supporter of the Easter special. The three-hour episode was the first ever faith-based episode in the entire 23 seasons that Idol has aired.
It was revealed by insiders that some of the crew thought the episode was inappropriate. Some fans have even voiced that they would boycott the show if Carrie returns as a judge next season.
