Season 27 of The Voice has been a big one as OG coach Adam Levine returned. They also welcomed newcomer Kelsea Ballerini to the red chairs, and now the season is over. So, who walked away the winner? Keep reading for all of the details.
The Voice Season 27 Winner Is…
Season 27 of The Voice has been nothing short of exciting as Adam Levine returned to his chair. He has been gone since 2019, and fans were looking forward to having an OG back. Adam was joined by Season 26 winner Michael Bublé, John Legend, and newcomer Kelsea Ballerini. They were tasked with coaching their teams to the finale, and when it came down to it, this is where the coaches stood:
- Team Buble: Jadyn Cree, Adam David
- Team Adam: Lucia Flores-Wiseman
- Team Kelsea: Jaelen Johnston
- Team Legend: Renzo
Foreigner opened the finale, which aired on Tuesday, May 20th, and it had the lead singer, Kelly Hansen, passing the torch. They will welcome a new singer when he retires at the end of the year. Former coach Kelly Clarkson wowed the audience with her new single, leading Carson Daly to ask what she could not do. As the night progressed, there were coach duets with the remaining members of their team, as usual. Alicia Keys and Blake Shelton returned to the show, but the real excitement was who the winner was. In fifth place is Jadyn Creed.
Now, in fourth place is Lucia Flores-Wiseman, followed by Renzo in third place. Finally, the winner of Season 27 is Adam David, meaning Jaelen Johnston came in second. This is the second win in a row for Michael Buble. Many fans of The Voice did not want Jadyn Cree to win. They felt that she was only there because she was a legacy. However, she made it to the finale and was in it to win it, but that was not enough to make her the winner.
Ahead Of The Finale…
Before The Voice finale aired, the Season 28 coaches were announced. Returning are Reba McEntire, Snoop Dogg, and Niall Horan. Michael Bublé will stay on for another year, as he seems to have found his sweet spot. As for what fans had to say about the finalists, they had some strong opinions, all differing:
- If it’s Lucia I would be very disappointed. Jadyn, renzo, and Jaelen are better singers.

Viewers seemed to want either Renzo or Jaelen Johnston to win, but that did not happen. However, they all did the best that they could, and now Adam David is this season’s champ.
