So if you step into that, and you surround yourself with that frequency, I wake up every single morning saying, Thank you. And I focus on the hue, I focus on tuning that with myself, even when I work in a space in the office, I play that for 20 minutes, because it clears up any negativity that’s in the space.” – Barbie
