Who’s Going From General Hospital this week?
Genie Francis: Laura Collins, who plays Genie Francis, is temporarily leaving the sopa. Her final appearance aired Monday, August 31. The Port Charles mayor is taking a leave of absence. Laura travels to Ireland to visit Kevin and Ace.
However, this isn’t a permanent exit from the show. Genie Francis is expected to return later this fall.
