Quinn Lemley — Broadway World’s Best Female Vocalist and a Bistro Award winner — is roaring back into New York with Rita Hayworth: The Heat Is On!, her blazing tribute to Hollywood’s original Love Goddess. Written and directed by Carter Inskeep, the show is lush, seductive, and unapologetically glamorous.
This run doubles as the official record-release residency for Quinn’s new album Rita Hayworth Revealed, which earned Grammy® consideration for Best Traditional Pop Vocal Album and a 2025 Josie Award nomination. Over four shows at The Triad, she’ll switch between two full big-band blowouts and two intimate quartet nights, all under the musical direction of Andrew Wheeler.
Quinn doesn’t impersonate Rita — she resurrects her. Across twenty songs, she strips away the myth to reveal the woman who lived behind the spotlight: magnetic, vulnerable, complicated, and endlessly compelling. The show traces the whole arc — the rise to stardom, the heartbreak, and the infamous romances with Orson Welles, Prince Aly Khan, and Howard Hughes — all woven through Rita’s iconic musical legacy.
